FlashMind ("we", "us", or "our") operates the FlashMind mobile application (the "Service").

1. Information Collection and Use

FlashMind is designed as a privacy-first application. Most data processing happens locally on your device.

a. Voice Data

When you use the voice recording feature, your voice is transcribed into text.

• If you use Gemini Online or Claude Online engines, your transcript is sent to Google or Anthropic for processing.
• If you use the On-Device AI (Gemini Nano) or Heuristic Rules, your data stays on your device.

We do not store your voice recordings on our servers.

b. Analytical Data

We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to monitor app performance and improve user experience. This data is anonymized and does not identify you personally.

2. Third-Party Services

Our app uses the following third-party services which may collect information:

• Google Play Services
• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics
• Google Gemini API
• Anthropic Claude API

3. Data Storage

All your notes and "thoughts" are stored locally on your device in a database. If you delete the app, this data is removed unless you have backed it up manually.

4. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
